Advocacy for Hispanic / Latino Elders

H.O.P.E. (Hispanic Outreach Program for Elders) is a network of service providers who meet regularly to update their awareness of community programs. The purpose of HOPE is to share information with the Aging Network to ensure we are fully prepared to bring programs and services to older Hispanic adults. Through H.O.P.E. we can advocate for Hispanic seniors, provide current information about community resources and serve as a support network for community providers of services.
