Do you provide assistance to individuals or caregivers who are exploring options for long term care? Get the tools you need through this 20 hour online & in-person training series. The State of Connecticut, through a federal grant, is providing this training at no cost.
Participants must complete the first two online modules prior to the in-person training. An AOASCC staff member will lead the in-person part of the training on the following dates:
- Thursday, August 23rd, 2018
- Wednesday, September 12th, 2018
CEU’s are available and upon completion, participants are certified as a person-centered counselor.
