Effective July 2015, DSS will again partner with the CT Department of Agriculture to offer the Spay/Neuter program for pets owned by low-income families. This program provides vaccination/sterilization vouchers for dogs and cats owned by low-income families participating in DSS eligibility programs. For an application and instructions, click here.
