Dr. Becca Levy is an associate professor of epidemiology and social psychology at Yale University. She is a leading researcher in the fields of social gerontology and psychology of aging. Her research focuses on how age stereotypes can affect the cognitive and physical health of older individuals. Dr. Levy is the recipient of numerous achievement awards and has given invited testimony before the United States Senate on the effects of ageism.
