AASCC has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the National Council on Aging to help seniors (ages 60 and older) apply for SNAP food assistance. We are pleased to receive this grant, which supports two of our priority areas: to increase participation of eligible individuals in entitlement programs that provide financial support and to reduce risk factors associated with undernourishment.
