Artwork Drop-Off Information

Artwork Submission:  Please complete one Artwork Information form for each painting or photograph and bring the complete page with you when you bring your artwork to the office.

  • We welcome artists submitting multiple pieces of art. However, based on capacity, AOASCC reserves the right to select which works will be included in the exhibition.
  • Registration is required before artwork is dropped off.
  • Artwork must be framed, have wire or a sawtooth hanger attached for hanging and not have an easel on the back (these make it hard to hang flush to the wall).
  • Artwork must be brought to AOASCC’s office located at 117 Washington Avenue, Suite 17, in North Haven, CT during the official Art of Aging drop off period which begins Monday, May 4th and continues until Thursday, May 7th between the hours of 10:30-1:30 pm. Artists will formally check in their art submissions while at the office. It is estimated that the drop off process should take approximately one half hour.
  • Please note that although we take great care with your artwork, AOASCC cannot be held responsible for any damages.
  • Pieces may be listed for sale. Should you sell a work 10% of the sale proceeds will be kept by the Agency on Aging.
  • The exhibition opens Thursday, May 28th, 2026 and continues through Thursday, June 25th, 2026. Artwork is on display until the exhibition ends on June 25th with a Closing Ceremony from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Artwork may be picked up after the close of the ceremony.
