Powerful Tools for Caregivers: Free Workshop Series
Free Caregiver Workshop Series
The Agency on Aging of South-Central Connecticut is sponsoring a self-care education program for family caregivers, called “Powerful Tools, which is designed to provide you with tools and strategies to better handle the unique challenges you face.
The free workshop series consists of six sessions.
This will be virtual via Zoom, beginning October 28, 2026, and ending December 2, 2026. The six 2-hour sessions will take place on Wednesdays between 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm.
Dates: 10/28/26, 11/4/26 11/11/26, 11/18/26, 11/25/26, and 12/2/26.
Patricia Soos and Cassandra Brunson will present the six sessions.

Please register only if you plan to attend most of the six sessions, as space is limited to 12 participants, with a minimum of 8 required.
If we do not have at least 8 participants, we may reschedule the workshop to a different date.
