Live Well with Chronic Conditions

The Agency on Aging of South-Central CT and Connecticut Department of Aging and Disability Services State Unit on Aging is sponsoring a free workshop on living well with chronic conditions. The free workshop series consists of six sessions held on Wednesdays, 1:00-3:00 PM,  August 6, August 13, August 20, August 27, September 3, and September 10, 2025. The workshop series will be done via Zoom. The six sessions will be presented by Cassandra Brunson and Tammy Villaluz.

Please only register if you plan to attend all or most of the six weeks.
