The Agency on Aging of South Central Connecticut has issued a Request for Proposal for priority service grants for the year beginning October 1, 2016. Funding is available to agencies providing in-home and community-based services to adults over 60 years of age in the Greater New Haven and lower Valley areas. This funding is made available through the Older Americans Act, Title III funding to support priority areas that are established through the Older Americans Act, Connecticut’s State Plan on Aging and the AOASCC Area Plan.
