YOUR DONATION can be part of meeting crucial needs today, such as:
- Groceries and supplies delivered to the front door of an older adult at that crucial moment of need.
- Vital social connection for an older adult who is alone. Check-ins often become the bridge to services that keep an individual in their own home and community.
- Getting to a medical appointment. For many older adults, the need is more than just a ride. That’s where a caring and trained chaperone who comes to the home and remains with the individual until he or she is back home, makes the difference.
