AOASCC works alongside many other aging network organizations, community partners, the agencies on aging in the other regions of the state and state and municipal partners. One of these partners, the Yale School of Medicine, Office of Health Equity Research, recently featured us in this video. This video speaks to how their research provides critical guidance in identifying health disparities. Being able to identify these disparities then allows us to work with our partners to create health equity models to address these needs, making an even greater difference in our community.
